"We got married at Crowcombe Court, and Alison and her team at Creative Collections could not have been better. When we started to plan our wedding, our two main concerns were that we were planning a wedding at a relative distance, meaning we did not know the local suppliers, and we are a male gay couple in what can be quite a bride-centric industry. Alison was wonderful and immediately established a sense of trust, reliability and commitment. She and her team were a joy to work with, they instinctively seemed to know what we wanted, and were able to use their own knowledge of the venue to suggest decorations which she knew would help us achieve the atmosphere we were looking for. Alison also placed our vision for the day at the heart of her planning, and did not try to sell us things for the sake of it, but rather sought to help us create the wedding we were dreaming of. On the day itself, the team were quick and efficient in setting up. They worked incredibly well with our other suppliers, and made the whole process incredibly smooth. Their equipment was beautiful, and indeed we have since gone back to Creative Collections to have some of the customised items recreated to buy, since we love them so much. In particular, what we really liked about Creative Collections was that they kept in touch with us during the long wait between the initial booking and the wedding week - this helped reassure us that they were still planning for our day, and made us feel trusted and looked after. We also had multiple changes and last minute adjustments to the wedding decorations and Creative Collections took it in their stride, and went above and beyond to help us. Overall I cannot recommend Creative Collections enough, and we honestly could not think of a single thing which we would have liked to have seen done differently.
