A Timeless & Elegant Inspiration Styled Shoot

A Timeless & Elegant Inspiration Styled Shoot

I am delighted to share a gorgeous inspired wedding shoot, staged at the beautiful Crowcombe Court that we were recently part of.

The inspiration for this shoot was to incorporate the historic grand elements of the rooms and to keep them light with a romantic feel and to bring a modern & elegant style drawing from the period.

We used whites, natural greens with gold accents – Tall white columns with gold wired trumpet stands, surrounded by our beautiful faux foliage and white flower wreaths and topped with the matching foliage and flower ball – these worked well with the high ornate ceilings. The radiator cover shelves were topped with faux foliage and gold geo lanterns with candles, we also added bud vases of fresh white tulips and roses along the high fireplace mantlepiece.

The chairs were styled with romantic ivory chiffon drapes tied with faux ivy and elegant rose, we completed the look with a ivory aisle carpet .

For the ballroom and wedding tables we decided to bring in more blush and pink tones  with a hint of rustic.

The tables were set with a vintage lace table runner with simple but elegant centrepieces of a log slice topped with a gold vase of faux white, blush and pink tones of peonies with fern, stemmed glass tealight holders with floating candles were added as well as glass and gold tealights. We also added a small length of faux ivy to each log slice. The whole look was finished with elegant gold beaded glass charger plates topped with a dark sage napkin and gold napkin ring. The top table was set with a similar design with a length of faux foliage entwined with white and pink peonies with added gold vases of peonies and stemmed tealights with the gold beaded glass charger plates and sage napkins and napkin ring to finish the look.

At the end of the ballroom we placed our stunning stand out element of faux moongate of foliage and tones of blush, pink, ivory & champagne blooms to capture and bring together the elegance of the rooms.

We loved playing and creating with this vision and hope this has given you some ideas and inspiration for your own special day. Contact us if you would like to create this or something similar for your wedding.
